Return Policy
Please get in touch before returning any product. You must control the delivery of the product and verify that it is free of errors or failures. When making the claim, you must contact us to communicate the reason for the return and send us all the necessary information.

Conditions for return
You can return a product up to 14 days after delivery. The product must be in perfect condition (it is understood that the product must be new, without any use). If the product is used or damaged, no refund will be made.

Be sure to include your contact information on the return and the original tracking code from the order. We suggest that you ask the shipping company for a receipt and an identification code for the returned package, this way it will be quicker to track it if necessary.

LOBICHIA will refund the cost of the ordered items, including the original shipping costs and taxes. LOBICHIA is not responsible for covering the costs of returning the merchandise. Merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so please ensure it is packaged correctly.

The refund will be made through the same payment method used to make the purchase. You will receive a return confirmation email once it has been completed. If you have not received the refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so they can help you and expedite the process.

Return of packages
If a product was shipped internationally, when returning it please clearly mark the package with the legend 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid additional costs. We will not be responsible for any type of additional costs incurred at the time of return. Any type of additional cost is the responsibility of the client.

Transport damage
If the product is lost or, upon receipt, you notice that it was damaged during transport, you must inform us immediately.

Unclaimed packages
For packages that were not claimed at the post office within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge the customer additional costs for returning the package, including the shipping company and the transportation company.
